Twelve Elements Academy Part-Time Administrator
Twelve Elements Academy is a holistic, experiential, independent school for ages 9 to 18. Our mission is to cultivate a vibrant learning environment that embraces each child's unique genius. Through a hands-on, humanities-based, and metaphysical curriculum, students are encouraged to collaborate, learn, and grow as individuals and engaged citizens of the world.
In preparation for the opening of a new campus in September 2022, we are seeking a dynamic, self-driven Administrator. The position is currently part-time (20-25 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a full-time position as the need develops. This is a remote position with the occasional need to meet in-person with the Academy Founder/Executive Director in Hamilton, Montana.
Responsibilities

First point of contact for the public, prospective parents, and staff

Manage inquiries from prospective parents, including but not limited to answering emails, phone calls, and questions, keeping a contact list, and communicating with parents about updates and opening date

Work with the Founder/Executive Director to ensure the new campus and curriculum launches on schedule

Create informational materials, enrollment forms, and other collateral

Update the Academy website as needed (Wix)
Skills & Experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized and self-driven

Prior management experience

Basic marketing, PR, and/or design skills preferred

Strong computer skills
Commitment & Wage

Monday through Friday, 20 to 25 hours per week, with the potential to develop to full time depending on needs

Work from home, occasional in-person meetings as needed

$15 to $20 per hour, DOE
